Royal Spanish Football Federation( RFEF) chairman Luis Rubiales has faced review for giving Spain midfielder Jennifer Hermoso a surprise kiss on the lips after the 33- time-old entered her gold order following the platoon's Women's World Cup final palm over England on Sunday. 
 

 Rubiales was on stage at the FIFA awards form after the final, along with other dignitaries including Gianni Infantino, chairman of football's governing body, Queen Letizia of Spain and Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese. 
 
 The videotape shows Rubiales hugging Hermoso, also placing both hands on her head before kissing her. also pats him on the reverse as he leaves. 
 
" Hey, I did not like it, eh," Hermoso said as he supposedly answered questions about the incident in an Instagram Live videotape — a clip of which was participated by Spanish intelligencer Irati Vida X, formerly known as Twitter. 
 
 latterly in an Instagram Live videotape- taken in Spain's locker room- Hermoso contended a question from another woman" But what were you doing, family?" The 33- time-old's reply" But what should I do?" 
 
 On Cadena Cope's radio program' El Tiempo de Juego', Hermoso said of Sunday's kiss," he did not anticipate it" but" it was due to the emotion of the moment, there is nothing further. It's just going to be an yarn( of time). I am sure that It'll no longer be blown."
